Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Our service and these terms

Nadar Marriage Bureau provides personalised marriage consulting and introductions for Christian Nadar adults and families from Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, and Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. These terms describe use of this website and our enquiry process. Any consulting engagement should have its scope, fee and arrangements discussed and agreed separately before paid work begins.

Using the website does not by itself create a paid consulting agreement. Read our Privacy Policy before sharing a profile or personal documents.

2. Eligibility, consent and accurate profiles

Enquiries are intended for adults who are legally eligible to marry under applicable law. We do not accept marriage enquiries for minors. Applicants must accurately disclose their age, identity, marital status, education, work and other relevant circumstances.

Parents or relatives may help only with the prospective bride’s or groom’s knowledge and consent. The adult applicant’s preferences and voluntary decisions remain central. Do not submit another person’s photographs, contact details or documents without their permission.

3. Introductions and independent checks

Introductions depend on current suitable profiles, stated preferences, consent and mutual interest. Registration or consultation does not guarantee a match, a fixed timeline, an engagement or a wedding. Location, denomination and profession pages describe service categories; they are not a live inventory or evidence of an office in each locality.

Families and applicants should independently confirm identity, age, marital status, employment, qualifications and other important information before committing. Ask the consultant what has been checked and what still requires confirmation. Church or civil marriage requirements should be confirmed with the relevant church or authority.

4. Registration and consulting fees

There is no registration fee. Personalised professional consulting generally ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹2,00,000, depending on family circumstances and the complexity of the search. We do not apply a rigid tariff. Discuss and agree the consulting amount, included support and any additional expenses before proceeding.

No payment is collected through this website. Request a clear explanation of the agreed amount and payment arrangements directly from the bureau.

5. Payment, cancellation and refunds

You can make the agreed consulting payment soon after the marriage date is fixed or on the day of engagement. If the marriage is subsequently cancelled, the amount paid is refunded after deducting travel and clerical charges. Ask which charges apply, how they are calculated and how the refund will be processed when agreeing your consulting arrangement.

Tell the bureau promptly about cancellation and provide enough information to identify the engagement and payment. This website does not specify a guaranteed refund processing period; confirm the expected timing directly. These terms do not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

6. Website enquiry form and attachments

On this PHP-hosted website, submitting the enquiry form sends your details and selected attachments through the server to the bureau’s email. The form requires your permission before submission. Biodata and up to five photos are optional, with a 16 MB combined limit. Server temporary uploads are processed for email and are not placed in a public profile database.

WhatsApp drafting remains an alternative: messages and files must be reviewed and sent in that app. Email acceptance by the server does not confirm delivery to an inbox. If you do not receive a response, use WhatsApp or call the bureau.

7. Respectful use and private information

Do not impersonate another person, submit false or misleading profiles, harass anyone, publish another person’s private information, or use introductions for fraud or unsolicited marketing. Do not forward biodata or photographs beyond the agreed purpose without the person’s permission.

You may decline an introduction respectfully. Final marriage decisions belong to the prospective couple, free from pressure. Tell the bureau if your circumstances or search preferences change.

8. Website content and illustrative images

Career photographs are AI-generated illustrations, not actual registered member profiles, endorsements or a promise of availability. Photographs elsewhere on the site also do not establish that the people shown are available for introductions. The bureau does not claim affiliation with the churches or denominations named on its service pages.

Website text, design and branding may be used only with appropriate permission, except where law permits otherwise. Do not copy, misrepresent or republish private profiles received during consultation.

9. Third-party services and availability

WhatsApp, email applications, website hosting and any sign-in service operate under their own terms and privacy practices. External links do not mean the bureau controls those services. Website access or delivery of a message can be affected by device, network or service availability.

Take reasonable care before sharing personal information or making a payment. No statement here excludes responsibility or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Questions, complaints and updates

Contact Nadar Marriage Bureau using the details below to clarify terms, raise a concern or discuss a cancellation. Explain the issue and the outcome you are requesting; avoid including unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial message.

We may update website terms as the service or website changes and will show the revised date on this page. New wording should not be treated as silently replacing a previously agreed consulting fee or arrangement. Applicable Indian law and any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
